Children under 2 years
Parents with a child under 2 years of age are advised to book a room for 3 guests to ensure there is enough room for the complimentary cot facility.
Special requirements
If you have any special requirements please make sure you state these when booking your holiday. We will be happy to accommodate your requests in the best possible way.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking Policy
On booking your holiday we ask that you pay 30% of the full amount as a deposit to ensure your booking in secured. The full balance of your holiday must then be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Please note that the option to pay the full balance on booking is available if you so wish.
All payments are taken by bank transfer and Anne will provide you with details when you contact her.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation we require you contact us by telephone at least 20 days prior to your arrival. Penalty for not giving this notice or for a no-show is 50% of the full balance.
Check-In

From 12pm on the day of arrival.

Check-Out

By 11am on the day of departure

Please note your flight times. If for example you book your holiday Monday to Monday and your flight departs in the early hours of Tuesday you will be required to vacate your accommodation by 11am on the Monday, therefore ensure you make the appropriate booking.
